Club Natació Barcelona in Ciutat Vella (Barcelona)

Club Natació Barcelona is one of the city's most emblematic sports clubs, located right on Barceloneta beach. Its three outdoor pools with views of the Mediterranean are its main attraction, complemented by an indoor pool, padel courts, a spa, guided classes and a restaurant and bar. Members describe it as an exceptional place to train, relax and meet people, and visitors appreciate the day pass of around 16 euros. It comes at a price, with a registration fee of about 300 euros and a monthly fee close to 128 euros. In summer the club gets very busy, with not enough loungers and tables, and some members criticise the restaurant food and an unhelpful reception when asking about membership. One reviewer also reported ear infections after using the saltwater pool. A unique seafront club, ideal for swimmers who can afford its premium fees.
