Curves Sagrada Família in Eixample (Barcelona)

Curves Sagrada Família is a women-only gym based on a 30-minute full-body circuit, and its members are enthusiastic. Many had never set foot in a gym before and say this is the first one that does not feel like a chore. The coaching team gets constant praise: they carry out an initial assessment, ask about goals and stay close during every session, checking posture on each machine. The atmosphere is warm and supportive, with members describing it as feeling at home and recommending it to friends and relatives of all ages and fitness levels. Facilities are described as clean and up to date. The only negative note is an isolated complaint about the way a phone call was handled. An ideal option for women looking for a short, guided and friendly workout.
