Activarte BCN in Sant Martí (Barcelona)

Activarte BCN, in Sant Martí, is what members like to call a neighbourhood gym: small and close-knit, yet with everything needed for a complete workout. It combines functional training classes, a very popular running club, personal training and physiotherapy, and several members started with physio sessions before moving on to group classes with excellent results. The coaches are praised in almost every review for being attentive to every movement, constantly correcting technique and making sure people train without injuries, with a clear week-by-week progression. People who had not exercised regularly for years say they found the push they needed, and many describe the centre as family, friends and home rather than a gym. International visitors attending for a month also felt welcome. A warm, well-coached centre suitable for all levels.
