AKTIV 24h in Les Corts (Barcelona)

AKTIV 24h is a neighbourhood gym in Les Corts that stays open 24 hours a day, a rare feature in Barcelona that members particularly value. Reviewers describe clean, well-organised facilities with plenty of machines, so you rarely have to wait, and several people coming from crowded chain gyms say the difference is huge. The team is a real strength: technicians design routines adapted to each member's situation, explain how the machines work and follow progress closely, and pilates classes are also appreciated. The main criticism concerns climate control: in summer the cardio area can be very hot, especially early in the morning, and fans are used to compensate, although some say it has improved. Others mention occasional bad smells downstairs, compact changing rooms and a price of around 50 euros a month that some find high. A well-run, friendly 24-hour gym with very attentive staff.
