Centro Sociocultural y Deportivo Can Vidalet in Barcelona

Centro Sociocultural y Deportivo Can Vidalet, in Esplugues de Llobregat, is a municipal facility with new, well-kept installations, a large sports hall and a fitness room. Users praise the friendly reception and the floor trainers, who are attentive, explain how to use the machines according to each person's goals and push members during workouts. It is described as a comfortable, quiet neighbourhood gym. The limitations are clear, though: the fitness room is very small, around 90 m², with minimal machines and material, including a single bench in the free-weight area and missing cable attachments. Parking is described as an odyssey, forcing visitors to use paid car parks some distance away, and some members would like the space to include a sauna or boxing area. A pleasant and well-run neighbourhood facility, but with a limited gym.
