CrossFit B23 in Barcelona

CrossFit B23, in Esplugues de Llobregat, is a large box with plenty of availability, an open gym area and martial arts such as Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Several members describe a good atmosphere and adaptive, high-level classes, and one coach is praised for being very helpful and motivating. Recent reviews are more mixed than its historical rating suggests. A member of a year and a half reports frequent changes of coaches, of uneven quality, who do not correct technique enough and spend more time with veteran members in the open gym than with those in class. Another criticises the manner of a receptionist. A spacious, well-equipped box, but the coaching quality appears inconsistent.
