CrossFit RST Guinardó in Horta-Guinardó (Barcelona)

CrossFit RST Guinardó has a perfect rating over the past year and stands out as an ideal box for beginners. Many members started from zero, some nervous on their first day, and describe classes that are fun, dynamic and perfectly adapted to every level, with steady progress after just a few months. The head coach is praised in almost every review for teaching technique step by step and with great patience, never assuming people know how to do everything, even experienced athletes who have trained in many boxes. The installations are new, spacious, clean and tidy, the material is top quality and groups are kept small, which allows very personalised attention. Members also highlight a family atmosphere where nobody feels bad for not being able to do an exercise, and a varied class offer. An excellent place to start CrossFit or to refine your technique.
