Forus Les Corts is a large club with an impressive infrastructure: a lap pool, a leisure pool, a spa pool with jets, a sauna area with cold water, studios for group classes and a conventional gym floor. Members who are happy praise the size of the facilities, the recently renovated pool and the friendliness of part of the staff. Recent reviews are nevertheless largely critical. Long-time members feel quality has dropped under the current management, citing dust and dirt in the gym and changing rooms, old machines, crowding between 6 and 8 pm, limited class schedules and complaints that go unanswered. Several families describe bad experiences with the childcare service and some instructors, and the AI-based phone line is another source of frustration. The facilities have great potential, but cleanliness, crowding and customer care need to improve.
