It combines a free-weights and machine area with new Hammer Strength equipment, boxing, Hyrox and yoga classes, and a recovery zone with a sauna and ice baths, plus a coworking space and a coffee bar. Members love that it is stylish, bright, spotless and never crowded, which makes training very comfortable. The boxing and Hyrox coaches are particularly praised for pushing members to give their best, and the reception team for its warm welcome. The few reservations concern dumbbells that only go up to 50 kg and one member who reports a card charge without warning that was not refunded despite cancelling beforehand.
