Members describe a modern, complete space with a very good, motivating atmosphere and excellent attention, and it is considered one of the best combat sports gyms in the area, especially for boxing. The Hyrox classes are a highlight: many first-timers say the coaches explained every exercise clearly and helped them throughout, with great music and energy. Members also value the emphasis on respect and education. The few negative reviews concern one BJJ instructor's level and phone use during class, and neighbours annoyed by running groups on the pavements.
