DUIN Màgic Badalona in Barcelona

DUIN Màgic Badalona, located in the Màgic shopping centre, is a large club with a gym floor, a pool, saunas and a solarium terrace. Some members are happy with the modern facilities, the pool and the attentive instructors of the guided classes, and the space and number of machines are considered adequate. Recent reviews are mostly negative, however. The main complaints are overcrowding, with no capacity limit and Mondays and Tuesdays impossible after work, poor climate control and an AC unit leaking onto machines, bad smells and mould in the changing rooms and cockroaches. Several people report rude treatment at reception, classes cancelled without an instructor showing up and phones that are never answered. Concerns about lifeguard supervision at the pool also appear. The facilities are complete, but service, cleanliness and crowding currently disappoint many members.
