Synergym Barcelona las Arenas in Eixample (Barcelona)

Synergym Las Arenas, next to Plaça d'Espanya, gets excellent feedback, and the instructors are the reason. Members repeatedly thank the trainers for their genuine interest, their advice on routines and machines and the way they adapt exercises to each person. The atmosphere is relaxed, there are enough machines, free weights and guided classes, and many say they can train calmly without fighting for equipment. Prices are a big plus: one visitor paid 14 euros for a week pass, and members compare the monthly fee favourably with other chains. The negatives are fewer but real: some people find it very busy at times, there has been a long period without hot water and with broken shower doors in the men's area, and a few complain about automatic renewals and the app. A friendly, affordable gym with outstanding staff, provided the shower issues are fixed.
