Synergym Barcelona Fabra i Puig in Nou Barris (Barcelona)

Synergym Fabra i Puig, in Nou Barris, has just been renovated and expanded, and regular members notice it: the room is better organised, there are new machines and plenty of pulley stations, and the space is well used for a gym that is not very large. Instructors are a real strength, praised for motivating people and adapting exercises to each member's limitations, and newcomers say they were shown around carefully. Fees are affordable and fixed lockers are included. Recent reviews, however, raise serious concerns. Several members report thefts from lockers in the men's changing room, and others describe dirty toilets and showers at peak times, bad smells and overcrowding. Some early risers also complain that the gym has opened late on more than one occasion. A cheap, well-equipped option with good instructors, but cleanliness and security in the changing rooms need attention.
