XFit Sant Gervasi in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi (Barcelona)

XFit Sant Gervasi is a neighbourhood gym that has improved a lot since its renovation: good machines, all the essential equipment and a calm atmosphere where you can train without posing. It also runs martial arts classes, with MMA, kickboxing and Muay Thai instructors who are warmly recommended, and the reception team is praised for greeting everyone by name with a smile. A sauna completes the offer. The complaints concern comfort and opening hours. Ventilation is insufficient for the size of the space, especially in the legs and cardio area, the gym closes on public holidays and some summer Saturdays, opens until 3 pm on Saturdays and never on Sundays, and closures are announced at short notice. A few find it expensive or would like more dumbbells. A pleasant, well-equipped gym with good martial arts classes, best for people who train on weekdays.
