Functional Lab Gracia in Gràcia (Barcelona)

Functional Lab Gràcia, the sister box of the Clot location, is one of the best-rated places in the neighbourhood for CrossFit and Hyrox. Members describe a very well-equipped box and coaches who are athletes themselves, with solid knowledge of physiology, who correct technique patiently and adjust routines to each person's condition and goals. Beginners say it feels far more accessible and less intimidating than other boxes. Classes are dynamic and varied, so they never become repetitive, and the community is described as genuine and welcoming, with members of many nationalities. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Among dozens of enthusiastic reviews there is a single very negative one, criticising the attitude of the coaches. A top choice in Gràcia for anyone who wants to start or progress in CrossFit and Hyrox with expert guidance.
