Pulso Estudio Fitness in Gràcia (Barcelona)

Pulso Estudio Fitness is a boutique studio in Gràcia offering strength, full-body, core and bootcamp classes as well as intense, choreographed cycling sessions. Members describe new, very well-kept installations, spotless changing rooms like nowhere else, towels provided for training and delicious post-workout shakes. Strength classes are compared to personal training with the energy of a group, each focused on a different area, with coaches who explain each exercise and correct technique. Members of all ages, including people in their sixties, feel supported. The main criticism concerns a strict policy: arriving more than three minutes late means losing the class, even when it is already paid for. Several loyal clients, including one who used to bring groups of friends, say they will not return because of how this was handled, and one reviewer criticises the owner's manner. A top-quality boutique studio, provided you arrive on time.
