Criticism concerns maintenance and pool management: leaks in the ceilings, peeling paint, rusty pipes and a jacuzzi under maintenance for two weeks. Several members complain about conflicts in the pool lanes with lifeguards and instructors, a summer day when the pool was closed for lack of staff, and the crowded, poorly controlled outdoor pool in summer.
