Basic-Fit Barcelona Guipúscoa in Sant Martí (Barcelona)

Basic-Fit Guipúscoa, in Sant Martí, is a 24/7 club whose reviews are dominated by praise for the customer service team. Members repeatedly name the staff for their patience, advice and kindness when signing up or solving problems, and many describe the atmosphere as calm and comfortable, with good machines and a convenient location. Being able to train at any hour is a major plus. The downside of round-the-clock opening shows in the changing rooms. Several members report people sleeping there, lockers occupied permanently, food smells and a lack of cleanliness, especially at night when there is no supervision. One visitor also had problems with a QR code for a multi-day pass. A friendly, affordable and flexible gym, but supervision of the changing rooms needs to improve.
