VivaGym La Verneda in Sant Martí (Barcelona)

VivaGym La Verneda is going through a difficult period. Almost every recent review refers to the same problem: the air conditioning and ventilation system broke down in September and, more than a month later, still had not been repaired, with no date announced. Members describe unbearable heat, a strong smell in the activity room and changing rooms, people feeling dizzy, and fees still charged in full, or even increased. Other complaints add up: the gym closed on a Sunday morning with people waiting outside, dumbbell racks empty, and often no staff at reception early in the morning. On the positive side, members speak well of the class instructors, who are described as professional and attentive, and the facilities themselves are considered decent when the climate system works. Until the ventilation is fixed, this club is hard to recommend.
