VivaGym Gran Via Hospitalet in Barcelona

VivaGym Gran Via Hospitalet is a big low-cost club whose staff are clearly its strongest asset: reception and floor team members are repeatedly thanked for their kindness, clear explanations and availability, and there is almost always someone at the desk. Members also appreciate the recent renovation, which added new machines and pull-up bars, and a few say the gym works better since then. The complaints, however, are numerous. Several machines have been out of order for months, accessories such as triceps ropes and handles are missing, plates and dumbbells are left scattered, and many treadmills do not work properly. The most repeated issue is the showers, where hot water lasts only a few seconds, along with missing soap and toilet paper, poor ventilation and crowding. A cheap, spacious gym with great staff, but maintenance urgently needs to catch up.
