The main criticisms concern the changing rooms, with only four showers for 581 lockers, which is uncomfortable at peak hours, and humid air with poor ventilation, although management has improved the climate control since October. Members also mention a lack of lower-body and ab machines, treadmills facing the wall, a few items already broken, no bike parking and a confusing opening communicated only by an email that went to spam. A modern, well-equipped club that needs to fix its changing rooms and ventilation.
