VivaGym Sagrera in Sant Andreu (Barcelona)

VivaGym Sagrera is a large, well-equipped club that some members rank among the best in the chain, with plenty of machines, a spacious layout and bathrooms that are usually cleaner than in other gyms. Class instructors are a highlight, especially one zumba and pilates teacher praised for her clear explanations and for adapting exercises to injuries. The frustrations are mainly organisational. Zumba and V-Power classes have been cancelled for weeks because of staff shortages, sometimes without notice, and WellHub users cannot see the timetable. Several pulleys and machines have been broken for months, the air bike has had no batteries for ages, and the room is extremely crowded even late in the evening. A few members also object to rules preventing them from helping relatives train. A complete gym with good instructors, held back by maintenance delays and staff shortages.
